Unfortunately discovered this little late in life, (65yrs-now), 5yrs ago suddenly in the night, flashes of light when focus glance to right n left. Went Polycln, doctor refer A&E immediately, eye doctor review, deterioration, years of under stress and no supplements to eyes. (hosp-there is no medication to help)
Look around for eyes supplement and found Red Sun Berry as im also taking Ling Zhi from them. 1 tablet daily for a year, went back KTPH for review, found i've improved.
Is 5 yrs on, still 1 tablet daily, 1 yr hosp open review.

First time taking Ling Zhi. It has improved my health. Previously during the monsoon season, I feel extremely cold. Now with the monsoon season, I'm ok.
I take 4 tablets a day, I feel a bit heaty, will change to 2 tablets a day.
